Nadine Viel Lamare is Director of the Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) and Co-Founder of Good4Business NVL AB, advising clients on sustainable business, responsible investments and active ownership.
Nadine has been at the forefront of developments in sustainability, responsible investments and active ownership for over 17 years. Until November 2018 she was Head of Sustainable Value Creation at Första AP-fonden (AP1, one of the buffer funds in the Swedish pension system) and co-founder and member of the Council of Ethics of the AP funds. While at AP1 she built the sustainability platform from scratch to an impactful tool for responsible investments. During her 26 years at AP1 she gained unique insight and knowledge about the strategies and challenges of institutional investors, asset managers, corporations in different industries. Nadine developed tools, insights and hands-on experience in how to integrate sustainability into business strategies. Nadine´s pioneering engagement with large global corporations was the role model for the work of the Council on Ethics of the AP Funds, an engagement collaboration between AP1, AP2, AP3 and A4, that she initiated in 2007, chaired in 2007 and 2011, and was member of until 2018.
Nadine is a CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) qualified investment professional and holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
