Ewan McEwan

Ewan is a global learning & development, and sustainability & climate risk professional with extensive experience driving scalable learning solutions with over 25 years of demonstrated achievements, across multiple industries and within several regions of the world.

His experience extends throughout the leadership structure of organisations and from all 3 sectors; private, public and non-profit, and across industries from retail and wholesale banking, energy, manufacturing, aviation, engineering, telecoms and service businesses.

A British Citizen living and working in Singapore, Ewan has an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School and a post-master’s diploma in corporate governance from the Financial Times (Pearson).

Currently working as a Senior Consultant with Korn Ferry, as an associate, Ewan works on a variety of learning & development programmes with sustainability & climate risk at their core.  He is the co-founder and CEO of the Future-Fit Foundation Singapore, a local chapter of the foundation.

As an Accredited Advisor he is promoting the adoption of the Future-Fit Business Benchmark in Singapore and the surrounds and developing new Accredited Advisors.  The Singapore Green Plan has extensive ambitions linked to building a resilient society fit for the future.
