We’re thrilled to announce that Future-Fit Foundation Singapore is now officially cup and running, with Ewan McEwan leading as CEO and Co-Founder for this new Local Chapter! Having qualified as a Future-Fit Accredited Advisor back in February 2022, Ewan has been an invaluable member of the Future-Fit Changemaker Community and a loyal advocate of the Future-Fit Business Benchmark. We’re very thankful for all of the work he has done so far and excited to see the #Future-Fit movement grow in Singapore, helping to drive meaningful change towards an environmentally restorative, socially just and economically inclusive future for all. SB’25 TOKYO

Martin found himself back in Japan this month, presenting his Vision of 2070 as part of the Sustainable Brands International Forum in Tokyo, Marunouchi. The event took place from 18-19th March, and with an estimated 3,000-4,000 people in attendance is one of the most influential such gatherings in the country. Alongside the main stage presentation Martin and the local team also delivered a workshop on the Benchmark methodology which was very well received, particularly among the students in the room. Martin also used the occasion to announce the launch of a Local Chapter in Japan with the founding members of the Steering Committee. We will be growing this group in the coming months, as well as identifying an individual to drive the chapter forward. If you’d like to be involved, or learn more, please reach out to us at info@futurefitbusiness.org.
Randy Sa’d Webinar Overview
For those of you who missed our webinar this month, we had the pleasure of having Randy Sa’d – Executive Director of the Flourishing Enterprise Institute at Wilfrid Laurier University and REFOCUS – join us to share valuable insights and case studies from his work using the Enterprise Evolution Program in order to overcome organisational barriers. Randy pinpoints how the insufficiency of organisational management practice in this current climate is one of the biggest barriers facing businesses when embracing transformation. He uses several practical case studies, including the exceptional results achieved through long-term engagements with the City of Kitchener and the City of Nanaimo in Canada to demonstrate the importance of systems thinking in shifting mindsets and aligning regenerative practices with organisational performance. Their use of a roadmap for transformation left particularly inspiring visions for how we can achieve a #Future-Fit Society at a city or even country level. You can access the recording to listen to the full session via the ‘Webinar Recordings’ section on the Changemaker Community here.
